ALPHA REAL ESTATE SUMMIT What is the Summit* and why attend?
The National Summit On Real Estate Development and Financing is about learning, sharing, networking and embracing the fundamentals of real estate development and finance.
While the Summit is not a formal initiative or program of the Fraternity, it is open to the public.
What’s the Summit Goal?
To empower women and men of color to advance their personal, community, or chapter’s economic justice and equity business objectives.
Why Participate?
The Summit is open to the public regardless of your level of expertise or experience.
The Summit will have workshops and learning tracks organized under three broad tracks tailored to the background of the participants:
1. Beginner
2. Intermediate
3. Advanced
What's the Benefit?
You will strengthen your capacity to be successful in the real estate development or finance business on an individual, collaborative, or chapter basis.
You will have access to networking and business development opportunities.
You will engage in knowledge-sharing on emerging trends In real estate financing and development.

Thomas A. Tatum - The Tatum Endeavor Group, LLC - Born in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York, Thomas A. Tatum is a 1983 graduate of Clark College, (now Clark-Atlanta University). Upon his graduation from Clark, he was selected as a Teaching Mission Intern at the Africa Literature Centre in Kitwe, Zambia. In 1991, Thomas graduated from the University of Akron with a master’s in urban planning.
